Doug, The company is working on the listing. They are not commenting on when the listing will come or the application status. It is my opinion that the delay is the result of actions by some zealous short sellers. By zealous I mean people who would go so far as to plant false information in a newspaper. That appears to have happened in a London Newspaper last year. I haven't seen solid proof that this story was planted but the newspaper subsequently publihsed an apology for running the story. So something with the story was amiss. At any rate I expect that the delays may simply be the NASDAQ's prudence and need to be sure of their actions. Besides that newspaper there is the matter of a Buiseness Week article, of which the alligations contained therein probably must be considered by the NASDAQ, even though there has never been any evidence I have seen that the allegations are true, nor was the source of the information revealed by the author of the article. My opinion is that the listing issue will be resolved favorably, but there is no way to put a timetable on it, it will definately be a good day to be long Osicom as the shorts scramble.
