I'm waiting for the proxy documents. At that point I will vote against the merger, and request appraisal on my shares if the merger is approved. Once you request appraisal you are, by implication, accepting whatever the court determines (though it cannot be less than the original deal), so the story is over. If the merger doesn't go through, expect the stock to jump up as it begins to reflect its true value, at which point my original price targets still hold.
