You really need to read THE DIRTY TRUTH about GW if you are interested in the subject of favors for cash to special interests. GW is the champion in that area. He is continuing his championship as we speak too. Look at all the sweetheart no-bid contracts for Bectel (George Schultz has always been a $$ backer of GW) and Halliburton. nd look how GW has suspended pollution regulation for 10 years for all his polluter contributors. You think that's a coincidence? LOL
