Hello John

Per that Calgary Resource show going on this weekend.

This was just passed along to me from SH regarding PFN/ITF.

On a separate note, I attended the corporate presentation in Calgary today. I liked what Harry had to say. No hype, no double talk, just the facts. A real down to earth guy. And, as we all know, the facts look pretty good. On the promotion front, there was a lot of talk about increased interest by analysts, as well as the expectation of more coverage in the very new future. He also mentioned that Anglo has kicked in an extra $400K for this year's RV programme... and, PFN has submitted a budget to Anglo for 2004.

Ciao for now,

JT

I've been following PFN (and ITF) closely for four or five years and I now believe both but especially PFN are poised to make significant market moves.

PFN has done considerable work since last year with their drills extending the strike of mineralization well beyond what was established in 2002. I am more and more confident that HB is close to achieving Anglo's required target of 2m oz's and there appears to be sufficient indication from recent NR's to suggest that target could eventually be dwarfed.

I anticipate some very good news this fall which should handsomely reward long time (and recent) shareholders.

Good luck.

Regards

Vaughn
