good points. however, i don't worry that much about msft. between the net/browsers, java, software, @home, comcast, entertainment content, etc. i think they have their hands full. i could be wrong, but i think it is to their advantage to partner with intuit and ckfr (imho) than to strike out on their own. i hope that most banks will prefer to use ckfr than set up their own net payment systems; as banks try to lower their costs i believe they will do more outsourcing--i have been wrong before, but am still long ckfr.
