Its amazing how Reps. think. After slavery, KKK and segregation, they want to go to neutral and expect, no insist that will be fine with the people who got screwed. The people who got screwed are dead, for the most part. So what? There legacy lives on. But if you're going to compensate those people, how about compensating me? My dad had to drop out of school in the 7th grade so he could feed himself and his family. You think your father dropping out of school to feed his family is equivalent to 200 years of slavery, rape, murder, discrimination and economic deprivation? If so, let me know when you plan to meet with a member of the NAACP and explain your side of the story. I would really like to be there. Don't you think I should get something for that? Isn't that a sad story? Nevermind that through hard work and determination he made it. Without ever receiving a handout from anyone. My father died when I was eleven......my mother was capable of very little. I put myself through school and paid every penny for tuition, books, room and board, dates and clothes. I have worked since I was 12. Do you really think for one second I feel sorry for you? If so, think again!
