Hi Fox, No, that's it. You have to be an acredited investor though if you're buying from Ontario. Cliff Horwitz was on ROBTV last night and mentioned that there will be analyst coverage coming. They are apparently pursuing a TSE listing as a result of this placement which may allow them to meet the listing criteria. All the best, Wolf
