My current property is about 300 feet above sea level, which reflects the amount of faith I had in the Kyoto Protocol :-) If I had a property near sea level, I would sell it. Its not just the mean sea level either. Flooding in this country has become a real problem. Lots of houses get re flooded just after they have been cleaned up. Impossible to insure them now as well.
