Ted, Why would the owner of the team agree to such a deal if he thinks it won't make money for his team. After all, he probably has investors to answer to. It doesn't make economic sense.

As any supporter of affirmative action will tell you, the selection process is highly subjective. No owner is going to sacrifice a team's reputation just for a token black coach, but there are execs who are consciously moving the resumes of black coaches to the top of the pile.


My God what the hell are you all afraid of? Whites and Asians dominate the high end of income demographics in this country. They lead the nation in years completed in school. No minority or woman has ever been elected president of this country. Most CEO positions are white males.

And your freaked out because the NFL requires teams to interview black coaches. And you call yourself a Christian.
