Technically speaking....
Dell is in a downtrend now that it broke under July 30's low
at 81.25. I will short DELL with an 85.25 stop. 79.63 last.

The last time DELL was in a downtrend was in June when it
broke under the June 20 low at 59.1. DELL then went into
an uptrend on June 27 at 60.25. The uptrend is now over
effective August 5 at 81. 20+ point profit on the last
trend trade.

Fundamentally speaking...
I agree that DELL is an overvalued, overloved stock. The
Cabot Newsletter jumped on board this stock in May under
$50 and have a tidy 60% profit in a short 2+ months.
DELL is in a commodity biz and these PE's are crazy unless
growth continues forever at high rates..... I doubt it,
therefore I am negative on DELL...

Trade the trend!
