I'm stuck with government being the creator of jobs.

That's sheer Horsepuckie.. Governments produce NOTHING. They live off the revenues of entrepreneurs, producers, workers, and consumers.

Trade is trade.. I have something you want which I'm willing to sell in exchange for some form of compensation, usually monetary, but it could be some good that you have which I want. Government has NO ROLE in creating those products physically just as it has no role in creating markets for such goods.

What government is charged with by the producers/workers, is to create an condusive environment within which such transactions to occur. They provide orderliness and security for such markets to operate. And governments can act to encourage competitiveness and anti-monopolistic practices (just as monopolists can influence governments to discourage competitiveness).

Any Libertarian should understand something so simple as that Maurice..
