The gag order isn't in the article, and obviously the issue is being debated and hasn't been decided.

One needs to read a Court order or other legal document, not a journalist's second-hand take on it, which likely will be slanted or a misinterpretation subject to further misinterpretation.

Your problem (well, one, anyway) is that you believe what you read, on its face, if it meets your preconceptions. That's not a very liberal or open-minded stance, but I understand that critical analysis is not your strong suit.
