So, while I think the harm is there whether mojo is overt or covert- Could you specify the harm of the covert mode? If he has no sign in the window, because he has no window, that says "no whatevers" and he only pursues suitable referrals, then no one would ever be confronted with his views so it would seem no one could be victimized, aka "hurt." So I don't see the specific harm. I agree that his clients informally knowing his policy proliferates a harmful attitude, generally, but I don't see any specific victims. I am being picked up for lunch any minute so unfortunately I must run now.
