I can't imagine a show I wanted to watch enough to tape it. I barely watch anything as it is, other than occasional sports programs while I'm studying annual reports and look up when extra noise indicates something happening. We mostly got the dish -- actually, not mostly, entirely -- because my mother-in-law's son gave it to her when we moved into the house, and it came with a second receiver so we get to use that one. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother.
