Has Arnold given us any idea how he'll cut spending? All he's done is say he wont take in more revenue. There's not a single solution in Arnold's vague pack of ideas. He says he's going to sell state property? To who? developres? Oil drillings and timber companies? Will he close prisons and hospials, lay off cops and firemen? Why doesn't he just tax people like himself a little more? He's got 200 million.
