if Davis was smart enough to know that was a 'dot-con' vs.

The eco is not 'THAT BAD', just people think the RE should
be as high as they want, once it gets there, regardless of
reason, it should always go higher. Imagining unlocking
20% of RE-price and you have PLENTY of liquidity into the
system. Lowering the cost of doing business may also help.
But even Indian/Chinese/Asians who are used to cramped
quarter could not afford to work in CA. The lazy, overpay,
fat American workers have really no chance to survivie in
CA. It willt take a culture change for Americans to work
in CA again. Can Arnold unlock that 'liquidity' now trapped
in RE.
