Steve, and especially others on this forum:

Like most shareholders, I am hoping for a formal offer in the near
future, unless of course the final judicial decision comes in prior
to the Aug 15 break; we have been led to believe that it is very
unlikely that we will have the decision until after the recess.
Nevertheless, in the series of discussions and presentations leading
to the previous three decisions, once the motions (or petitions)
have been accepted into the Political Administration Chamber,
the remainder of the process has been "procedural". What this means
is that the major hurdle is ACCEPTANCE. Once acceptance has
occurred, all legal points have already been considered, and
it is virtually a foregone conclusion that the decision will be
favorable. A major producer that understands this process could
make a bid for the company, contingent upon the final Supreme Court
decision. In fact, it would be advantageous for a major to make a bid
prior to the decision, as it could get a lot more expensive to buy
out the company after all the pieces are in place.

Another point to remember is that Crystallex is still producing at
the Albino, and the projection is that 17,000 ounces will be produced
this year. We also should get results from Brazil, and possibly
additional news to help support the stock.

However, nothing like a formal offer would give us the boost that we
sorely need, after Placer and the media gave us a swift kick in the
rear end. We haven't quite recovered from that yet.

Regards

Dan
