MAXs, also a majority of ISPs use Ascend's Radius server. As I have said in past posts: The dial access server market was won by Ascend in the 1994 - 1996 timeframe. The router market was won by Cisco in the 1993 - 1995 timeframes. The frame relay market was won by Cascade in the 1995 timeframe. My defintion of " win " is , each of the above companies won the first roll outs of the significant networks to be built over the next ten years.
