If Arnold is such a great candidate for governor, why hasn't Bush endorsed his candidacy?

Could it be that he thinks it is dirty politics and can't risk the association with him?

Note that all the Democratic candidates for President have commented on the CA recall. That leaves Bush curiously silent.
