Lower taxes means cuts in services. Bush has increased spending more than anyone in history. Where do you see Bush cutting spending? Grey Davis just made the tough decisions and is laying off thousands of state workers. Bush has not even begun to think about such tough medicine. In fact, the federal government is on a hiring binge, plus tons of corporate welfare Bushies are proposing, more than ever in history. Why are the rich getting their taxes cut while we're fighting a hugely expensive war? Just doesn't make sense.
