I would have thought you'd understand that I cannot possibly answer a question which I believe is rooted in a false premise, namely that Bush's tax cuts are fairly said to be for the rich. Even if I accepted your belief that the burden has been shifted by a factor of "2%" to the middle class, I still would have to believe your premise that the tax cuts are only for the rich is a false one, and that Bush certainly came close to keeping the ratio even.
