Nice editorial in the latest Business Week on the co-dependence of the US and China economies.

Points were that the economies are becoming MORE tightly coupled, and their are some large imbalances (US trade deficit) which will need to be resolved...

Speculating, China may be pushing a "Buy American" focus...

Be interesting to see Caterpiller vs. Kubota, Boeing vs. Airbus, GM vs. Damiler, etc.

Minor points -

>The US market did not go up enough after the favorable payroll report - I have increaased cash.

>RRI looks good, settled wtih FERC.

>Natural gas may jump on colder weather, storage report on Thursday.

>Nikkei was up recently (early session), ignoring Israel strike on Syria.
