I dont follow the details specific to RDC, but I suspect 2004 earnings estimates are dependent on some increase in activity in the gom that has not materialized yet.

The present multiple over next years earnings is quite high already.

So unless some bullish changes are pending here for RDC, I doubt it has much upside from here.
