Frank, buyout seems like a very strong possibility in the next
few months. Nine brings a lot to the table, both in terms of
technology, and cash (about $1.00/share).

Unless they can translate recent press and OEM deals into sales
quickly, they won't get what the company's worth. It's not unlikely
that NINE could go for something close to current market price.

My opinion only. Your thoughts?
