My son works for Smith Barney but was out of the office yesterday. I'll get a copy of their report and post it when I do. I thought there had to be a reason for the stock runup and this recommendation is clearly it. I did ask my son on Thursday if SB had any changes since the volume was heavy and he said no. Clearly, they told the SB marketmakers beforehand and they were buyers. I agree with your comments about STDM. Management needs to get credibility with the analysts and avoid any further downside surprises. Don't forget management tried to sell some shares along with the IPO but because of the poor reception their shares were taken back. They have one hell of an incentive to get the price of the stock higher. If we can close above 7-7 1/2 a clear path exists up to 10. I think STDM will beat earnings estimates ($.08) by a fair amount. They have some new products and NT sales sound like they're going great. I'm going to hold even if the overall market corrects and will buy more on weakness.
