Advanced Healthcare Technologies, Inc. Announces Letter to Shareholders Highlighting Company Developments
OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 6, 2003--Advanced Healthcare Technologies (OTCBB:AVHC) today announced that Randall Sulhoff of Omaha, Nebraska has issued the following letter dated October 6, 2003 to the shareholders.
Dear Shareholders:
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Advanced Healthcare Technologies, Inc., I would like to take this opportunity to report on my first month as your CEO and on the present "state of our business."
The last few weeks have been extremely exciting in forging new relationships as we continue executing our business plan. As mentioned in previous press releases, we are undergoing several new corporate developments that will fast-forward our position in the global arena.
The corporate office has been moved to Omaha, Nebraska, with changes made with our management communications, an automated ordering and inventory system, a central accounting, dealer involvement and 100% influence towards customer relationship management.
At the end of September, AVHC contracted with Mr. Frederic Schwab as our European sales and marketing manager, headquartered in Germany. AVHC announced an exclusive licensing agreement with FSI Nutrition for Hyper-02/p. Hyper-02/p is an amino acid product, which has been shown in medical research, to supplement tissue rejuvenation in conjunction with the Hyperbaric Chamber.
In addition to new changes and new product lines, AVHC has two (2) acquisition targets. Both will enlarge the combined entities, annual revenues, plus tax credits and assets for the company.
In regards to manufacturing, the Topical Hyperbaric Chamber is being re-designed by our founder Phillip Loori. Mr. Loori has started the process of filing both US and International patent applications for his new Disposable Flexible Topical Hyperbaric Oxygen Extremity Chamber. The unit being flexible will allow for ease of operation in treating nursing home patients as well as for patients being treated in home care.
AVHC plans to begin three separate clinical studies in its efforts to obtain Medicare approval for its Topical Hyperbaric Therapy Products. These studies will quantify the results AVHC is currently seeing in the patients being treated.
Phillip Loori, CEO of AVHC's subsidiary Advanced Hyperbaric Technologies, Inc. is involved in ongoing discussions with several companies in the wound care and oxygen field who have national sales forces in place in an effort to form a strategic marketing partnership. Forming an alliance with one these companies will give AVHC a national sales presence immediately at a minimal cost.
During the coming weeks we will continue to work diligently on the completion of all agreements and pursuing every opportunity.
