sex harassment suits have been brought against public figures. The statutes provide for recovery of attorneys fees to the plaintiff. There are all kinds of high profile lawyers in CA ready to fund that kind of litigation on a contingency basis. Many of these women are in unions and have access to services there. Don't kid yourself. The liklihood is that a single act, unless extremely egregious, is not actionable. If they really thought there was money in it, they'd have gone forward with litigation.
