Salesforce competitor NetSuite (formerly NetLedger) is also eyeing its prospects for going public. "Certainly, by end of next year we could go public if we wanted to," said NetSuite Chief Executive Zach Nelson.

Enterprise software is on its knees and not coming back due to globalization. These companies benefit from the shift.

Yes thanks to the bad decisions of our CEOs and various consulting firms we have lost the growth engine of our economy, which was IT. At least we can make some money during the collapse.

I prefer netledger to salesforce.
