Retraining suggests that he is unqualified or that his view point is deficient. You haven't validated that viewpoint you have only declared it...repeatedly.

You forget that Mojo is the one who is out of step with his industry. I accept the approach of his professional organization. He doesn't. Reliance on a certifiable authority is the default in any argument. The onus is on him to demonstrate that he is right and the authority is wrong. Otherwise his viewpoint is deficient. The professional association is the rule and Mojo is the exception.
