"Mojo sees risk in massages.
He sees risk only in massages of women and gays since he's actively massaging men. Ergo, there is something about women and gays that, unlike men, produces risk. What is it?

I don't know why this is unclear, or why you and solon insist that mojo puts it on gays and women but not men.

First of all many "gays" are men and he specifically identified women homosexual men. He did not say they should be excluded from massage therapy he said they should be refered to a therapist that would be more appropriate than him. He provides services to his clients who are straight men not because they are better able to control their sexual impulses than other types of people but because he is also a straight man and his very intimate style of massage would not likely result in a sexualized encounter with men who would not likely be sexualized by him in any other situation.

If you agree with me that normal adult mature people, to greater or lesser extents get sexualized by all kinds of encounters the UPS delivery person, etc. Then you see the basis for mojo's belief system. The only legitimate argument raised at this point is whether or not training in ethics eliminates this as a risk factor in massage therapy. Mojo does not believe it does.

Massage therapists are on every corner in this very competitive field. There is no problem with choosing from a long list of alternatives or in finding an appropriate service to make a referal.

Being able to suppress his sexual interests or having his clients do the same is not equal to eliminating harm or that can be done by a sexualized encounter (in mojo's view). Harm in this case does not have to have a perpetrator and a victim.

"What is his reasoned basis for discriminating against them?"

For starters he is not discriminating, since he is making sure everyone has access to services.

"What is it?

What is it that you are missing?
