I recognize that the joint practice with receptionist approach is imperfect. I am reaching for anything that might get us closer to an acceptable middle ground. The receptionist could probably guess right a certain percent of the time. And, when in doubt, she could send guys to Myra. For those who slip through, presumably they would be more conservative... Mostly I'm trying to find alternatives to make the point to Jewel that, despite best efforts, there really aren't any good options for Mojo, our fish out of water. He apparently hasn't internalized that yet.
