BAE Systems seems to have a tentative timetable to produce rad hard memory which can be found though not easily on their website. I will try to make a link here. They are saying that they should have 128k * 8 32 pin memory by late 2004. 4 meg prototype by late 2004 and flight ready by mid 2005. 16 meg 2Q 2006. Last but not least 64 meg by 2Q 07 iews.na.baesystems.com the date on this is 15 july 03
