BAE Systems seems to have a tentative timetable to produce rad hard memory which can be found though not easily on their website. I will try to make a link here. They are saying that they should have 128k * 8 32 pin memory by late 2004. 4 meg prototype by late 2004 and flight ready by mid 2005. 16 meg 2Q 2006. Last but not least 64 meg by 2Q 07
