Well, if you just want a yea-nay response, then or course he cannot operate openly according to his conscience. That is utterly obvious. Unless he claims a religious exemption.

What I've been trying to do is see how much of what he wants society can allow him. It's not a question of trying to change him, it's a question of trying to find a niche for him to operate as close to how he chooses as possible. If all you wanted was a "no," we could have ended this pretty quickly.
