Haven't you figured out that it's not the MM's accumulating stock yet?
MM's are not in the business of taking positions and speculating on the direction of a stock. Most MM's are flat are flat on their positions by the end of the day; on most days and on most stocks.

It should have been obvious to you that some people are able to sell stock at the ASKing price (Institutions, mutual funds, hedge funds...even I have been able to do this at times and I am a nobody).
Just because you see a trade at the ASK, doesn't mean it was a buy, and vice-versa.

I have no position in this stock, but to me the technicals look like crap.
