Would you be a buyer or a seller here.

I know the question was not addressed to me but I'd like to comment.

I am not selling and have not sold a share for the 3 years that I have been in the stock. Indeed, I have added to my position numerous times and I am absolutely crushing the market in terms of relative return on my investment. I, too, am "holding on for the big kahuna". I view today's news as a non-event. In other words, it was a long shot that the Supreme Court would even hear Infineon's appeal. So, given that the market hates "uncertanity", at 6:29am this morning it had discounted the stock by 38% because of this "non-event". Imagine how much the stock is discounted due to the FTC case. I do not believe the FTC will prevail. The case wreaks of FTC corruption to put it mildly! In fact, Rambus may be in a good position to advance charges of collusion and anti-trust violations on the part of the same players that Rambus has been suing for patent infringement these last few years.

The real question is what will Rambus' fair market value be when all the DRAM makers do have to pony up? Fred Hager / Currin Research show numbers of $125 to $261 for pes between 20 and 50 by years end 2005. (I took these #'s from memory and will have to check)
