I knew what you meant. But you are wrong. Don't get me wrong. I haven't admired his self-absorption, his sanctimony, or his stubborn refusal to listen to reason for quite a while now. But I was only hostile in the context of him handing me Myrna's card and telling me to scram. You have not made him out to be a very nice person, you know.
