There is nothing not nice about him except that he rubs you the wrong way...and you haven't really qualified that, so I'd put that in the category of personal problem (yours). He is a successful business man who really has no need to clarify his reasons for refusal for services at all. We know what his reasons are via his belief statement. For the sake of the hypo we want him to show us how he would handle referals, which he has. but otherwise he is by all measures, as you put it "under the radar." He's a specialist, one that we all agree could provide no benefits to you as a service, he serves the men who want and need his service and for which he believes his service is most appropriate. His handling of the referal process seemed considerate and well mannered to me.

Not surprising that you would reversion his referal that way. You have gone to some pretty great lengths to find something to hate about the guy, most of them extrapolations of solon's that you support and that are not part of the legitimate scenario.

He is a kindly man who treats others in a decent way, harms no one and harbors no ill will toward others. He does his best to refer clients to the services that he believes will be the best fit for them.

You and yours hate him, there is no evidence that he has done anything except provide services to men who want and benefit from his services. I think you need to find something in him worthy of your hate but you have not defined that thing, and it appears, that makes you hate him even more.
