If you are peeved about the cost of doing business in California you should move.

I am unwilling to pay for health insurance for high tech's subcontracted "invisible employees". For now the govt agrees with me. What that means is you should take your bakery and move.

We have about ONE bakery between 5 cities on the peninsula so I don't think it will be a huge drag on employment.

if you really lived here you'd know we have very little in the way of small businesses of the type you are describing
