You have not the slightest idea what you are talking about.
To sue for sexual harassment one has to have witnesses, strong, positive evidence, and clear, serious damages. And even then the outcome of the suit is not guaranteed, but what is guaranteed it is destruction of the career.

Here the suits would be hopeless.
