I am not a big fan of AQI, but would they send the letter, called "the lawyer's letter of assertion of claim or right", if there was no smoking gun? Careful here. I have done this and won 100,000 shares. It was my right. Send the letter and avoid court. If someone in IMA knows they acted on Newmont info and it is dicey to try to defend, then giving AQI who may have acted on this info, a piece of Navidad is quick and painless settlement of an otherwise contentious and long drawn out issue.

IMA may deny and stand in court, but they risk a freeze on stock price, and court orders to suspend exploration. IMA may be able to say that the Newmont info was not enabling, but had to be interpreted, and there is no guarantee that AQI could have done that. On the other hand, that may take 3 years in court to decide. Courts are slow and bad business, especially in Argentina. Who has the most money, wins.
