Frank, They obviously NEED money, in the midst of their biggest sales boom ever! That alone should tell you something about their Management. . . but, will it? Do they proceed to get a "Line of Credit" so they can handle their Cash needs? NO! . . . I wonder why?? Do they need so much that it exceeds their current line or can't qualify for a new line or extension of old line?? Only ONE thing they think of doing. . . screw the Shareholders. . . Sell some stock to pay for those badly needed EXPENSES! In other words, they are borrowing from US shareholders!! I ask you again. . . Would any Company that has ANY sense of good Management DO WHAT THEY JUST DID?? The answer is SIMPLE. . . N O !!! FONAR needs new management very badly. . . Extremely badly!! Bottom line. . . Us Shareholders are getting screwed again and it's obvious to me that they cannot manage their way out of a soggy paper BAG on a HOT summer day!! Resulting words to the Shareholders: "GOOD L U C K. . . YOU NEED IT!!" IMHO, Joe
