R. Steven Davidson, Ph.D., MBA, has served as the president and chief executive officer of Zengen since January 2002 and is currently on the board of directors. As president and CEO, Dr. Davidson is responsible for building a team of individuals with the skills to fully leverage the Company’s patented peptide technologies in both the pharmaceutical and over-the-counter industries.
Prior to joining Zengen, Dr. Davidson was the co-founder, chief executive officer and a director of Gel Tech, LLC. At Gel Tech, he was instrumental in raising capital for the market launch and distribution of Zicam® Cold Remedy. He is also one of the inventors of Zicam®. Dr. Davidson led the marketing team that propelled Zicam® to prominence, making it one of the top medications in its class.
