OK we are on the same page...I never said it would be easy.

Karen proposed some sort of legal venue that would give the mojo's a licencing exemption. The exemption would allow them to operate according to conscience, and not be subject to discrimination laws. My position is that it is because this particular format does not qualify on the basis that discrimination laws are founded and supported. I argued that point earlier ... don't know if you saw it.

The need to qualify the issue of conscience, toward exemption, that does not promote or contribute to harmful descrimination, was also discussed since any old bigot could claim freedom of conscience otherwise.
