The CA Legislature has WAYYYYYY too much time on their hands. One would think that a few parents going to the rest rooms occasionally to check them out, and if not clean, go to the Principal AND the Superintendent. The media if totally necessary.

The last thing that local districts need is a Bathroom Cleanliness Compliance Department full of its own inspectors and support staff Agreed!!!
