actually, the attempt on Foilmark was ok. We could have been more aggressive, but did not want to pay more than their book value of around $5/share. The secondary reason for publizing this otherwise private negotiation was to increase the number of companies approaching us for adtc to acquire. This has been successful and we are discussing a number of possibilities. tks for your interest G.J. Walters
