But I have to say it makes a lot of sense to me especially considering the Japanese economy is recovering and the Yen is also strengthening at the same time. Even a small bit of the available $12 trillion will ensure an incredible local demand for local produce and without the need to have to export.

I don't know if you've noticed that the rally in US Treasuries appears to have fizzled out and therefore interest rates are rising again.

If true, a rise in interest rates will hit the stockmarket and property values but will strengthen the USD.
