Arnie has said he wanted to abolish OUR EPA because it was redundant....IT IS NOT!....the California EPA has lead the way for the entire nation and has battled the US EPA at every step....I think he (as usual) has been backing away from that statement....but then he has backed off just about anything that he thinks will hurt him....
like the TAX INCREASE statement from Warren Buffet....
