Who knows, maybe things will get going again in the Great State of CA! Not likely. No one could pin Arnold down on much of anything. He just mouthed slogans all through the campaign. He even avoided (dodged?) submitting a Candidate's Statement for the Official Voter Information Guide sent out to all California voters. My opinion? Arnold is completely unprepared for this job.
