I don't have the spending figures handy for Reagan's term as governor. Wilson's figures from the later years are largely in what I posted in my first post. His spending increased at a much slower rate than Davis's. If you care to cite to specific California figures from state documents available on the Internet I'll be happy to address that further, but so far you are just saying things with no citation to anything which are simply not true.
