40%? I thought you said 45% Okay, let's say it's 40% and Wilson's four years were 38%? Where's the beef? during Davis's first 2-3 years the economy was booming like it never has before. Then he got hit by the bastards in Texas like Enron which wiped out 20+ billion in state wealth, fully supported by Bush-Cheney I might add.
